Scott Nash has 26 years experience in the retail sales and service industry including 8 years in Learning and Development, and has held leadership/management positions, with a dominant responsibility for Recruiting, Training and Developing thousands of individuals. His knowledge and experience in skills based training have contributed to a varying array of industries with a focus on many of the key issues paramount in business today, particularly the interpersonal aspects that for many hold the key to improved workplace satisfaction and performance. Scott has worked with leaders from Government and the private sector on cultural change, performance development and the implementation of innovative strategies that address the key issues and demands of leading individuals and teams away from mediocrity and towards excellence. As a Learning and Development Specialist, Scott has designed and delivered learning interventions, across a wide range of industries including; Public/Private Sector, Call Centre, Legal, Banking and Finance, Retail, Hospitality, Travel and Communication. |
